Terms of service

In these conditions:

“The Company” means Workwear Superstore, a brand name of Performatic Ltd reg no 09409805.

“The Customer” means the person, firm, or company whose order is accepted by the Company.

“The Goods” means the goods which the Company is to supply in accordance with these conditions of sale.

Introduction

Before placing an order, you should carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, we cannot accept your order.

Conditions of Sale

  • These conditions of sale apply to all transactions conducted by Workwear Superstore. Any other conditions of sale or purchase, or contract terms, are only valid if explicitly agreed upon by all the Directors of the Company.

2.1 Changes to these terms. Workwear Superstore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Customer to review these terms regularly. By continuing to use the Site after any modifications, you agree to accept the revised terms.

Orders

Orders placed by the Customer, whether verbal, written, or through our eCommerce system, are binding only upon acceptance by Workwear Superstore. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order, even if payment has been made, due to errors or other reasons. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.

Product Information and Pricing

Workwear Superstore endeavours to provide accurate product information and pricing on its website. However, errors may occur. In the event of an error in product information or pricing, Workwear Superstore reserves the right to cancel the order. Customers will be notified of any cancellations and provided with options for correction or substitution, if possible.

Custom Designs and Marketing Use

By submitting or approving a design, the Customer grants Workwear Superstore permission to photograph and showcase the final product for marketing purposes, including use on social media, website listings, and promotional materials. This permission does not affect ownership of the original design and will not include the disclosure of personal or confidential information unless explicitly agreed.

Acceptance of Orders and Payment

While delivery lead times may be estimated at the time of enquiry, actual availability of goods is subject to confirmation upon order processing. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Failure to make full payment within 30 days of the invoice date will incur interest charges. Workwear Superstore may pursue legal action to recover outstanding debts.

Retention of Title

Property in the Goods remains with Workwear Superstore until full payment has been received from the Customer. Until then, the Customer must retain possession of the Goods as a bailee and agent of Workwear Superstore. The Customer is permitted to use or sell the Goods in the ordinary course of business, provided certain conditions are met.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been acknowledged by Workwear Superstore, it cannot be cancelled. This is due to the fast processing of printed products and customisation.

Payment Methods

Workwear Superstore accepts Visa (Credit and Debit), MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Electron, and PayPal payments. All transactions are processed in GBP.

Pricing Policy

Workwear Superstore reserves the right to alter prices and garment specifications without prior notice.

Product Availability

While efforts are made to ensure product availability, Workwear Superstore cannot guarantee stock availability. In case of unavailability or pricing errors, customers will be notified, and appropriate actions will be taken.

Acceptance of Delivery

Customers are required to take delivery of ordered goods when tendered. Failure to do so may result in additional costs. Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns Policy

Refunds are not available for custom orders unless the products are defective. Customer-supplied goods are printed at no risk to Workwear Superstore. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt and will not be accepted if products have been used, worn or washed.

Discounts

  1. General Use
    All discounts, promo codes, and vouchers (“Discounts”) are subject to these Terms & Conditions. Discounts may be offered by Workwear Superstore at our discretion and may be limited to specific products, categories, or order types.

  2. Eligibility
    Discounts may be limited to new customers, returning customers, or specific groups as defined in the promotion. Eligibility will be clearly stated in the offer.

  3. Application
    Discounts may only be applied as specified in the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed, and may not be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotional codes.

  4. Cancellation / Reuse
    Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. Orders that have already been placed cannot be canceled or reordered for the purpose of using a discount.

  5. Expiration
    All discounts are valid for the period specified in the promotion and may expire without notice. Expired discounts cannot be redeemed.

  6. Limitations
    Unless stated otherwise, discounts are for a single use per customer/account. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  7. Changes and Withdrawal
    Workwear Superstore reserves the right to modify or withdraw any discount offer at any time without prior notice.

  8. Errors
    In the event of a pricing or discount error, Workwear Superstore reserves the right to cancel orders or adjust the discount at our discretion.

Security

Orders and payments are processed using a secure system with 128-bit encryption. Workwear Superstore reserves the right to record telephone communications and request proof of transaction details.

Privacy

The Website

Workwear Superstore reserves the right to change the website and update information without notice. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access to the website.

Liability and Indemnity

Workwear Superstore is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or products/services ordered. Customers agree to indemnify Workwear Superstore against any claims arising from breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in English courts.

General

Workwear Superstore may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of invalidity of any provision, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions do not create a charge over any assets of the Customer in favour of Workwear Superstore.
