Refund policy
By submitting a request through Workwear Superstore, you agree to the following return procedures. We have established these guidelines to ensure transparency and clarity regarding our return process.
14-Day Return Policy
We operate a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to return your order, this period begins the day after you receive your order, if your order comes in 2 deliveries the period will start the day after the last delivery arrives.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items showing obvious signs of use or damage not attributable to our error will be considered non-returnable. Furthermore, any item returned more than 14 days after delivery will be ineligible for return.
Customer Returns
Customers are welcome to return products by post. Please note that we do not accept in-store returns and we can not offer free returns labels.

Please note we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post so you might want to use a tracked service to minimise any issues.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
If your item is damaged please provide a picture of the visible fault along with your order number to hello@workwearsuperstore.co.uk and we will look into this for you.
Return Labels for Defective Products
For defective products, please contact us to receive a return label via email. Simply download and print the label for return shipment.
Product Condition for Returns
We accept returns for unused products in their original condition and packaging.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective products only, Workwear Superstore covers the return shipping costs.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customised items, sale items or gift cards. If an item is faulty, please provide a picture of the visible fault along with your order number to hello@workwearsuperstore.co.uk and we will assist you accordingly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@workwearsuperstore.co.uk. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are damaged, incorrect, wrong size, or defective. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@workwearsuperstore.co.uk. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
