To help us print high-quality garments and create your gangsheet without unnecessary back-and-forth, please follow this quick guide when submitting your artwork or logo.
What to Upload:
1. Original Design File (Preferred)
- File types we accept: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum for best print quality
- Submit the image at the size you want it printed, or let us know the size (e.g., 10cm wide)
- If you don’t want a background, please send a PNG with a transparent background
- If you do want a coloured background (e.g., a white or black block behind the logo), make sure it’s included in your design file — or just tell us your preference.
If You Only Have a Photo of the Logo
No worries — we can recreate your logo or design from a photo if needed. Just contact us to request a redraw.
If you're sending a photo:
- Make sure the logo is flat, clearly visible, and well-lit
- Take the photo straight-on, not at an angle
- Avoid glare, shadows, or folds that distort the logo
- Let us know:
- The colours in the logo
- The approximate size you want it printed
- Whether you want the background included or removed
Why Original Files Matter
Photos of logos on garments are often:
- Blurry or pixelated
- Distorted by fabric or lighting
- Missing background transparency
Having the original file helps us:
- Recreate your logo accurately
- Preserve sharp edges and colours
What to Avoid
- Screenshots or photos from social media
- Blurry or angled photos
- Logos with background colours unless you want that background printed
- Low-res images (under 1000px wide)
How to Upload
When adding your item to cart, select the option below to add a logo or design. Below this, you will see an option to upload your chosen file.
Following this, you must tell us the logo location and add in any additional text you may want. Please leave this section blank if you would like no additional text.
Below this, you can choose to add any additional logos in other places on your garment, e.g., front and back.
